TenantLedger started the way most useful software does: with a real problem. Our family runs a property management business, and the tools available were either spreadsheets that broke under their own weight or heavyweight platforms priced and designed for companies many times our size.

So we built the software we actually wanted — one that tracks properties, leases, charges, and payments in a real ledger, tells you at a glance who owes what, and produces the statements owners and boards ask for. No bloat and no implementation project.

Today TenantLedger is used by property managers, independent landlords, and HOAs who want clean books without a steep learning curve. It's still run by the people who built it — which is why, when you email support, a real person who knows the product answers.
