What counts as a unit?
A unit is a rentable space you manage — an apartment, a single-family home, a commercial suite, or a lot. Your price is based on the total number of units across all your properties.
Are any features held back on smaller plans?
No. Accounting, reports, portals, online payments, the website builder, QuickBooks sync — all of it is included at every size. Price scales with your portfolio, not with features.
What if I manage more than 500 units?

Can I cancel anytime?
